You can use the buttons along the top of the application to filter by NEW, Accepted, Rejected or Requested applications (or All to see everything!). You can use the Search for Details box to filter by candidate name or email address:

When the candidate has completed their application form, this will show as NEW in the list:

Once the candidate has fully completed and submitted their application, and it is showing as NEW, they will not be able to login and make any changes, as the form becomes "locked" for your review, and to ensure that they do not alter their details during this time. If you need the candidate to make any amendments or provide additional documentation, the application would need to be rejected to be "unlocked" for them to login and edit the form.
The Actions menu gives you a few options to review the information and documents provided by the candidate.
View opens the application form as a PDF, including the documents provided by the candidate. You can review the answers on each page, download the application if required, and review the documents.
Profile opens up the candidate's Employee Profile. The Employee Profile is compiled from the details provided within their application form. You can make changes to their basic information (contained in the Personal Details, Addresses, Work History and Other Details sections) here, and these details will pull through onto any checks that you submit for them once their file is being screened.

Edit opens up the application form in the same view that the candidate sees it in. You can view the details exactly as they would, and make any changes here as required. This function is also useful if a candidate advises they are struggling to complete an application form, as you can open it up as them, and help them to understand what else needs to be completed, or if something is missing. You can also submit the details on the candidate's behalf from here if required.

Action Log shows a log of actions taken on the file, including the date the form was requested, along with the dates that the candidate completes each section.

Comments provides a function where you can add a Comment to a file, which will pull through to their vetting file, and also be visible to your Share Data users (if applicable).

Tags provides a function to add one or more tags to a file, this can be used as identifiers for certain locations or customers, or as a flag to colleagues working these files.

Send email and Send text message can be used to contact the candidate at any point in the application process.

Archive archives the application and removes it from the view of active applications.

Accept changes the application status to Accepted, and is used when the application form and documents are fully completed and to your requirements.

Start Referencing is used when you are ready to begin vetting the candidate

Reject is used when you need the candidate to provide something additional, revisit part of the form or to upload more documentation.
